Quote Validity: Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Pricing: Prices depend on the selected materials, dimensions, printing, finishes, quantity, and production requirements. Prices may change if specifications or material costs change before an order is confirmed.
Minimum Order Quantities: Minimum quantities vary by product type, material, and manufacturing requirements. Your applicable minimum order quantity will be confirmed during the quotation process.
Order Acceptance: An order is considered accepted when USA Box Makers confirms it in writing or otherwise confirms acceptance through the applicable ordering process.
Specification Changes: Any changes to an approved order may affect pricing, production time, or availability and must be confirmed with our team.
Customers are responsible for reviewing quotations and confirming that the product specifications meet their requirements before proceeding.
Payment requirements depend on the type of order and the terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or checkout.
For quotation-based custom production orders, any required deposit and remaining balance will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Production may begin only after the required payment and necessary approvals have been received.
For products purchased through an online shop, the applicable price and payment requirements will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Customers must ensure that payments are made through authorized payment methods provided by USA Box Makers. Any applicable additional charges must be communicated and agreed upon before they are applied.

We make reasonable efforts to meet communicated timelines but do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring that the delivery location can receive the shipment.
USA Box Makers may provide design assistance to help customers prepare packaging artwork and production files.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final artwork, dimensions, text, logos, colors, materials, finishes, and other specifications before production.
Where required, customers should provide artwork in the file formats and technical specifications communicated by our team. Print-ready requirements may vary depending on the packaging product and printing method.
Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges and delays.
USA Box Makers is not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork or specifications that are reproduced as approved.
We make reasonable efforts to reproduce approved colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, some variation may occur because of differences in screens, color profiles, printing processes, inks, substrates, coatings, and lighting conditions.
Digital previews and screen displays may not exactly match the appearance of the finished printed packaging.
Minor variations within applicable industry and production tolerances do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect. Material differences between the approved proof and the delivered product will be reviewed under our applicable quality and return policies.
Customers who require a specific color match should communicate their requirements before approving production.
We aim to manufacture packaging according to the specifications confirmed in the customer’s quotation, approved proof, and order documentation.
For certain custom production orders, minor quantity differences may occur because of manufacturing processes. Any applicable quantity tolerance will be stated in the quotation, order agreement, or relevant product terms.
Customers should review the agreed quantity allowance before placing an order.
We will review reported shortages, manufacturing defects, and incorrect products in accordance with the applicable order terms and Return & Refund Policy.
Samples may be available to help customers evaluate packaging materials, printing quality, finishes, and construction before placing a larger order.
Sample availability, pricing, customization options, and production times depend on the selected product.
Standard Samples: Pre-produced samples may demonstrate available materials, structures, and finishes but may not represent every detail of a future custom order.
Custom Samples: Samples made to specific dimensions, artwork, or material requirements may involve additional charges and production time.
Sample Approval: Customers should carefully review any sample before approving full production.
Any sample fees, credits, cancellation conditions, or refund eligibility will be communicated before the sample order is confirmed.
Because custom packaging is manufactured to individual specifications, returns for changes of mind are generally not accepted once production has begun.
If an order contains a verified manufacturing defect, material printing error, shipping damage, or incorrect item attributable to USA Box Makers, the issue will be reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, an eligible claim may be resolved through a replacement, reprint, credit, or refund.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Eligibility for cancellation or a refund depends on the production stage, work completed, costs incurred, and the terms agreed for the order.

Customers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights they hold in artwork, logos, photographs, and designs they provide to USA Box Makers.
By submitting artwork or other materials for production, you represent that you own the necessary rights or have obtained permission to use those materials for the intended purpose.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
USA Box Makers may decline to produce materials that we reasonably believe violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
We use customer-provided artwork and files to fulfill the relevant order and provide related services. Any additional use, such as promotional display, will be subject to applicable permissions and agreements.

You must not attempt unauthorized access to website systems, submit malicious code, misuse forms, or use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
